So I'm seriously missing a scanner here at uni. My camera's pictures aren't too terrible when I put macro on and get the lighting just right and things, but a scanner would still be so much better and whinewhingecomplain. ):

Also! Because I hate myself for not participating in this year's NaNo, I've decided to do a December art-a-thon, where I have to draw a picture every day during the month of December. So expect nothing more during the rest of November (I'm stockpiling ideas/hastily finishing essays that'll be due in) and then an explosion as soon as December hits X3

Okay, so Zora tagged me for this meme-thing and I'm sick of looking at my crazy aardvark story on my page, so here, have 8 random facts about yours truly~

1. I can find gay subtext in anything.
2. The mere sight of soggy cereal can make me vomit.
3. I’ve broken my right arm, my right leg and have a dog bite on the right side of my face.
4. The three most important people in my life are my sister, my best friend and my mum.
5. Despite being nearly nineteen, I still have Pokemon posters on my walls.
6. I have five piercings; two in each of my ears and a stud in my nose.
7. I spend about three hours a day reading fanfiction.
8. Even though I’m going to university in three weeks, I have no idea what I hope to do in life.

I haven't been around much, but I hope you're all having great summers and stuff~ I've been lazing around doing absolutely nothing and it's wonderful. Sleeping in till 2pm never felt so good.

Also, I got accepted into Kent University, so I'll be off there to study sociology in a couple of weeks. It's all very exciting~

This amuses me far too much.

So I work Saturdays in a small local library that has just enough users to keep its funding. Around lunchtime, the whole place is a silent as the grave, so, in the absence of anything else to do, I stood at the counter doodling random animals on a piece of scrap paper. The previous week I'd filled up an entire page of aardvarks, my favourite animal to draw.

So after a while, the librarian comes over and starts going on about how great my little cartoons are and how I should look towards a career in book illustrations. I stand there, feeling immensely flattered, until she says "Those donkeys you drew last week were truly excellent."

Dog bite, on my face, from my parent’s Dalmatian when I was a kid.

A bazillion posters; Final Fantasy, Phoenix Wright, Pokémon, Azumanga Daioh, even a High School Musical one because I’m that cool.

3. WHAT DOES YOUR CELL PHONE LOOK LIKE?
Small and pink with a Pikachu keyring. I didn’t choose it and very rarely use it.

Recently it’s been stuff from musicals; mostly RENT and Wicked.

Early evening, I think. 5-6ish. Just a few more hours and I’d have been on Halloween.

24, I guess. The characters are awesome, and the real-time aspect makes it way more intense.

None. Most perfumes I’ve tried do bad things to my skin. And don’t smell that nice.

A few. Not on purpose, you realize – I forget people telling me not to tell anyone. So most of the time when someone says “You have to promise not to tell anyone”, I’ll tell them not to tell me at all, because I hate saying stuff by accident and then feeling guilty for days.

Not as much as the media wants you to think they do.
